Ordering and payment
Every service has a fixed price, shown in US dollars before you pay. Orders are paid upfront at checkout with PayPal or with a debit or credit card (processed by PayPal; we never see your card number). Prices exclude local taxes where applicable. A payment receipt is sent by PayPal.
Delivery dates
The delivery date shown before you pay counts business days (Monday to Friday) and starts once we have your payment and a complete brief. If something is missing from the brief we ask once, and the date moves by the time it takes you to answer. If we see that a date will slip, we tell you as soon as we know.
Express, when offered for a service, shortens the date shown by the number of days listed in the order form.
Revisions
Each tier lists how many revisions it includes. A revision is a change to the delivered work within the original brief. Changes that go beyond the original brief (new pages, new content, a different direction) are quoted separately. Extra revisions can be added at any time.
Cancellation and refunds
Before we start work on your order, you can cancel and the payment is returned in full, to the PayPal account or card you paid with.
Once work has started, the work already done is not refundable. If we cannot deliver what you ordered, we refund you. We may also decline an order before work starts, in which case it is not charged or the payment is returned.

Who owns the files
Once the order is paid, you own the deliverables and can use them commercially. Pro and Signature tiers include editable source files. We do not publish your project or use your brief outside your order. Confidentiality: if you need an NDA, mention it in your brief before you share anything sensitive.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans are billed each period (monthly, or yearly at 10 months for 12) through a PayPal invoice, and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time before the next billing date; the plan then stops at the end of the period already paid.
Privacy
We only collect what is needed to deliver your order: your name, e-mail, country, brief and files. Payments are handled by PayPal. Order data and uploaded files are stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase for the database and files, Cloudflare for hosting). We do not sell your data. Saved services and recently viewed services stay in your own browser. We keep your order data as long as needed to deliver and support your order.
